Writing for me is a sort of self therapy and something that I have loved to do since I was young.
I write about many things such as fibromylagia, chronic pain and depression. Sometimes, I also make an attempt at being funny.
chronic pain, fibromyalgia, humor, uncategorized

Easier to laugh about it than cry about it.

I find these hysterical. We have to find humor in our illnesses. The quotes are point on with our lives. Take care. Remember it’s lots of self care. Spoil yourself.

Without humor, we are all screwed. I’m getting into the whole spoiling thing, slowly but surely.

I totally agree with that tossing and turning – aerobic exercise on a daily (or nightly) basis!

I like the last one. Like when our secretary told me that I didn’t need to discuss having had pneumonia because EVERYONE KNOWS THAT I just wanted to say “Hey, how are you? I’m okay since the pneumonia’s gone!” Or “How was your weekend? Mine was great without pneumonia!” Pneumonia!
Those are some sick dwarfs there.

Yeah, they are. I’m too tall to be a dwarf, but still.

At least you can find the humour! Even if it’s not all that funny in reality (hugs)
No, reality blows most of the time…finding the humor isn’t easy. *hugs*

Hope you’re feeling less itchy and bitchy. Hurty, now there’s a dwarf I’d like around to cut a bitch if the situation ever called for it…
Haha! I would forever be in your debt if you did!

Yes laugh in fibro’s face!!! You might have my body, but you will never take away my sense of humor!!!!! Hope they get a cure or even a more effective treatment regime soon. Meanwhile take comfort in support.
