I really tried to draw a straight line.
Writing for me is a sort of self therapy and something that I have loved to do since I was young.
I write about many things such as fibromylagia, chronic pain and depression. Sometimes, I also make an attempt at being funny.
fibromyalgia, general, thoughts
flares, the fibro line

It must be really tough to find the correct balance.
It is a major pain in my ass, pun intended.

I guess the ‘good’ news to this is that it may not apply to everything all the time? IDK. ((HUGS)) to you, dear.

That’s a great graphic Miss Mer. I just wish it didn’t apply to anyone I know.

I think it applies to all of us with chronic diseases. I vacuumed today, and spent the rest of the day recovering … Sigh.

It’s sad how 2/3’s of the graphic is about us feeling bad about ourselves and the other third is us just feeling bad, but it’s true. It’s a never ending cycle. Guilt drives us to over do, over doing causes a flare where we can’t do anything which causes guilt. Stupid disease!
